Vista on Seward Hill Wedding Photo Booth

A sample of some fun and silly photo booth photos from a wedding at The Vista on Seward Hill.  The Vista on Seward (VOSH) has a perfect area for a photo booth right near the reception and all the action.  The bride, Emily, had a lavender color scheme to her wedding and for her photo booth props – so we made sure to find a matching background.  We just set up the camera, and let the guests take it from there!

To see Emily’s sweet “First Look” photos with her groom click here.   Bridal pics on Lake Travis, Full wedding here.

Wedding at The Vista on Seward Hill

Emily and Chris held their wedding at The Vista on Seward Hill on July 4th and what a day it was!  This wedding had everything! Sasha started at the bride’s parents house to cover all the pre-wedding preparations with family and friends; meanwhile Thomas headed to the venue early to set up the fun photo booth and wait for the guys.  Once Emily and Chris were dressed, they wanted to do a “First Look.”  The First Look gives the bride and groom a private, more intimate moment to see each other for the first time on their wedding day before standing in front of all their guests.  There are some First Look photos in this post, to see more, go here.  The ceremony was beautiful, and the bride and groom shared communion with all their family and friends.  Then the dancing began!  After Emily and Chris shared their first kiss as husband and wife, they, along with all the bridesmaids and groomsmen began a fun, choreographed dance for the guests!  Once the reception began, everyone had fun dancing to great music and being silly in the photo booth.  It was a full day and we loved being a part of every minute of it.  And check out Emily’s bridals on Lake Travis!

Congrats to Emily and Chris!

First Look Photos at The Vista on Seward Hill

The First Look photo is catching on in Austin and quickly becoming a popular wedding tradition.   The First Look gives the bride and groom a private moment to see each other for the first time in their wedding attire before they are a standing in front of all their guests.

Usually staged in a private setting away from everyone else, it can be a great opportunity for some truly intimate wedding photos.

The Vista on Seward Hill has the perfect location for such a moment. We set Chris, the groom, up in an enclosed garden area with a blindfold provided by his soon to be wife.  Emily came around the corner and kept Chris in suspense for several moments before removing the blindfold and revealing herself!
